The ABCs of Documentation course is designed for Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses who are required to complete remedial education related to nursing documentation, charting, professional accountability, or patient care records.


This course helps nurses strengthen their understanding of accurate, timely, complete, and legally sound documentation. Participants review the purpose of documentation in nursing practice, common documentation errors, patient safety concerns, communication standards, and the relationship between documentation and professional accountability.

The Do the Right Thing: Jurisprudence & Ethics course is designed for Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses who are required to complete remedial education related to nursing law, professional ethics, standards of practice, or professional conduct.


This course helps nurses review key responsibilities under the Texas Nursing Practice Act, Board rules, ethical decision-making principles, professional boundaries, patient advocacy, and nursing accountability. Texas BON-Approved Remedial Education Course

The Physical Assessment: Does it Hurt When I Do That course is designed for Registered Nurses and Licensed Vocational Nurses who are required to complete remedial education related to patient assessment, observation, clinical data collection, reporting, or recognition of changes in condition.


This course helps nurses strengthen their ability to complete accurate patient observations, identify abnormal findings, communicate assessment data appropriately, and apply clinical judgment within their nursing role. Emphasis is placed on safe patient care, timely reporting, documentation, and accountability.


Total Program Includes:

  • 6 Hours Live Didactic Instruction (Zoom)
  • 2-Hour Instructor-Led Physical Assessment Skills Lab
  • 24 Clinical Practice Hours
