THIS COURSE MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF BOARD ORDERED REMEDIAL EDUCATION BON REQUIREMENTS.
This 6-hour course aims to provide direction, information, and education for RNs and LVNs to provide them with the skills to make safe, effective, and legal choices in nursing documentation in nursing practice settings.

THIS COURSE MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF BOARD-ORDERED REMEDIAL EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS.
The course consists of the study of the laws, regulations, and ethical considerations related to the provision of safe and effective professional nursing care.

Physical Assessment: Does IT hurt when i do that?
BON-Approved Physical Assessment Course - $590
This Texas Board of Nursing (BON)- approved course is designed for Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) who are required to complete physical assessment education to meet BON requirements or who want to strengthen their clinical assessment skills. The course includes live instruction, hands-on skills practice, and supervised clinical experience to reinforce safe and effective physical assessment techniques.
Total Program Includes:
• 6 Hours Live Didactic Instruction (Zoom)
• 2-Hour Instructor-Led Physical Assessment Skills Lab
• 24 Clinical Practice Hours
A BON-approved instructor provides all instruction.
Participants will review key physical assessment concepts, including:
• Client interview and health history
• Texas Nurse Practice Act and BON standards (§217.11 & §217.12)
• Basic physical assessment techniques
• Use and maintenance of assessment equipment
• Vital signs
